- Is your item unused, unwashed, and in original condition?
- Did you receive the item less than 30 days ago?
If you answered Yes to these questions, you’re eligible for a free return and full refund!

How does it work?
Submit your request
If you’d like to return or exchange your purchase, open the Returns Portal and follow the prompts on the screen to start your return. Select the product(s) you would like to return or exchange and provide your return reason. Please do take the time to select an accurate return reason and provide detailed feedback. We use this information to improve our products and ensure we're describing and recommending them appropriately.

Return Type
Returns
If you would like to return the selected product, make sure to select the Return for reimbursement option after entering your return reason.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the selected product, you can either select a different variant or use the Exchange for different item option after entering your return reason.
Please note that exchange product(s) will not ship until we have received and inspected your returned product. If you would like to receive your new product sooner, we recommend submitting a return for reimbursement request instead and placing a separate order on our website.

Refund Type
Original Payment Method
If you would like to receive your refund to the original payment method that was used to pay for your order, select this option when reviewing your return.
Gift Card
If you would like to receive your refund via Gift Card, select this option when reviewing your return. Gift Card refunds are sent by email and will include the Gift Card code that can be entered on our website at checkout to redeem the refunded amount.
Store Credit Incentive
Choosing to receive your refund via Gift Card includes an additional 10% to your refund amount!
After submission, our customer service team will review your request and we may contact you to verify the details of your return.
If the requested items are eligible for return, you will be sent a prepaid return label by email.
Ship Your Product(s)
Put the product back in its original packaging and parcel it up in a cardboard box. You can use the original box, or a box of similar size.
Affix the prepaid return label to the box and drop it off with the carrier indicated on the label within 7 days of receiving the label.
After we receive your return, we'll do a quick inspection of the product to make sure it's in original condition and we’ll process your refund (including shipping fees!) to the original form of payment. Please remember that it can take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
We have a small team! We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible, but returns may sit with us for up to 3 business days before processing. We thank you for your patience.
Refund Policy Exceptions
Free Returns
Free returns are only available for customers in North America and Japan.
We are happy to offer returns for refund to customers outside of North America and Japan, but the cost of the return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

How it Works
Australia & UK
Follow the instructions on this page to open the Returns Portal and select the product(s) to return or exchange. On the final step of your return request, you will be asked to provide payment for the cost of the return shipping.
All Other Markets
Complete our Return Request Form and our customer service team will contact you to work out the details and provide a quote for the return shipping label.
Once the invoice for the return shipping is paid, our customer service team will email you with a prepaid return label and any additional documents that are required to accompany the shipment.
Put the product back in its original packaging and parcel it up in a cardboard box. You can use the original box, or a box of similar size.
If applicable, follow our instructions to print, sign and date the additional documents.
Affix the prepaid return label to the box and drop it off with the carrier indicated on the label within 7 days of receiving the label.
Gift cards are not eligible for refund. Products purchased using a gift card will be refunded to the gift card and not to any other form of payment.
Custom work is final sale and not eligible for refund. Custom products are products that are made to order and are not available to purchase on the website. They may include, but are not limited to, products of custom sizes, weights, blends of fill, or combinations of materials.

If the product of lesser value is returned, the refund will be issued in the amount paid. If the product of greater value is returned, the refund will be issued in the amount paid, minus the discount applied to the pillow of lesser value.
No price adjustments will be provided for previous orders.

We only accept returns that are in brand new, unused condition. Brand new, unused products are resold. We use a heat process to ensure sanitation before inspecting. Our returns inspection team is highly skilled and experienced and is equipped with the tools to spot even the slightest signs of use.
Returns that do not pass inspection are sent back to the customer, or the customer may choose to have us recycle, donate or destroy their product.
If you purchased a product on www.canadiandownandfeather.com within 30 days of a sale or promotion on the same website, we're happy to provide you store credit in the amount of the price difference at your request. :)
