We ship on a best effort basis. While not guaranteed, most shipments will arrive within the timelines posted below.
(Please note that if you pay for expedited shipping, we will use that service, but we do require 1-2 business days to prepare and pack the product before it ships).

Our holiday order cut-off date for the USA is December 18, 2024. Orders placed by December 18th will arrive by December 24th, barring any unforeseen carrier delays or force majeure. Orders placed after this date will be shipped as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas.

All goods are shipped from Canada and are duty-free. There is no GST or brokerage fees for orders under $1000 AUD. However, if you are charged duties, taxes, or import fees in error, please contact us with your invoice / receipt and we will reimburse you.
Japan

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost for international orders (outside of North America) is calculated at checkout based on the items added to cart. Down-filled products ship for free! All other products are subject to a shipping fee. If you add both down-filled products and other products to your cart, a shipping fee will be added for all items. Therefore, we recommend ordering down products separately from other (feather, microfiber, cover) products to access the benefit of free shipping.
All goods are shipped from Canada. Please note that duties, taxes and/or other import fees may be collected upon delivery.
Shipping Updates
Canada Post workers are on strike and no shipments are being accepted into the Canada Post system. We do not know how long the labour disruption is expected to last.
If you select the Free Shipping option at checkout, we will be shipping via other carriers, such as FedEx, UPS, Purolator and Intelcom. We will decide which carrier to use based on our latest understanding which carrier is delivering fastest to each region. When your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email, as usual. For remote regions that can only accept Canada Post shipments, we will ship as soon as the labour disruption is over.
As of November 29, we have been seeing higher than expected delays across all carriers as they battle increased volumes. You may see your package stalled for a few additional days at the sorting facility.
We are offering a discount on our paid FedEx and UPS shipping rates at checkout. Selecting this paid option will ensure your order ships via those carriers, if that service is your preference.
Orders that shipped prior to November 15th that are still in the Canada Post system will be held securely at Canada Post and will be delivered after the strike is over.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience and are here to answer any questions you may have. At this time, we don't know the extent of shipping delays, but as soon as we have a sense of the impact on timelines, we will update this notice.
