About This Product:

This pillow is filled with care in Canada. The pillow is filled with goose feather. Feathers provide great support in pillows, due to the feather quills. The outer shell is quilted 255 thread count cotton. The quilting results in a thicker shell, which creates a buffer against the feather, making the quills less noticeable than in a traditional feather pillow.

Care

This pillow should be used with a pillow case and a zippered pillow cover/protector at all times. Failure to do so will cause premature wear and invalidate the warranty. A properly covered pillow will help eliminate stains and the build up of body oils, dirt, and dust. This will also help allergy sufferers.

Take your feather pillow outdoors periodically and air it or place in the dryer on a low heat/cool cycle. This helps maintain its freshness, fluffiness and insulating qualities.

Prior to use, shake the pillow vigorously to help fluff up the feather. It will take about 1 week of use before the outer fabric softens up and the feather lofts up to its full potential.

There may be a slight odour as a result of having been stored in the packaging, but it will disappear within the first week of use.

This product should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated closet or room when not in use in order to prevent mildew growth.

Cleaning Instructions:

A properly maintained pillow should require cleaning approximately once a year, with normal use. It may be cleaned more or less often depending on use.
Your pillow is covered in 100% cotton and filled with natural feather. It will shrink if washed, possibly causing puckering in the stitching and loss of the filling.
Should your pillow need cleaning, have it DRY CLEANED or PROFESSIONALLY WASHED by a reputable cleaner that specializes in cleaning down and/or feather products.
DO NOT attempt to machine wash or dry clean this product yourself. If the filling stays even slightly damp, the feather will clump together and may allow mildew growth.
Small spots or stains may be removed by holding the fabric away from the filling and using warm water and mild soap. To dry, use a hair dryer on low heat.

Gets Better and Better - Updated Review

I have 2 of these body pillows and my partner has one as well. The first one I purchased was a few years ago, followed by a second one in 2024. The most recent one I purchased initially didn't seem as full and supportive as the first one. The recent body pillow seemed less-full and would flatten down easily. Compared to the first one I purchased, I was disappointed with the newer version. That all has changed after a few months of use.

My most recent body pillow has changed significantly over the past few months. It's fuller, more supportive, softer, and very much like the initial one I purchased. The feathers took some time to really fill-out, but it's amazing now. If you're looking for a body pillow, this is the one you should buy. Give it a few months of use and let the feathers disperse and open up. It might seem a little flat at first, but after some time, it becomes a totally different body pillow. Absolutely recommended.

Top quality

This pillow is of utmost quality! I am a senior with a very bad back and found it to be too heavy for me, but I would still highly recommend this pillow. I will be ordering more pillows from this company as they stand behind their high quality products. If you are looking for a body pillow with great support don’t look any further!

Comfortably being stabbed

For the first month or so that I used this pillow, it was fantastic. Very solid compared to other feather body pillows I've used, and a great, heavy weight compared to cheap memory foam body pillows. I slept great.

What I don't love is the claim to decrease feathers stabbing you in the night with the quilted top layer. About once a week I have to feel all over the pillow and pull out 20-50 feathers that stab me in my sleep. The feathers bulk up at one end, which needs to be fluffed and balanced daily.

I left it at 3 stars because some preliminary searching tells me I can make or buy a pillow protector to help decrease the stabbing, but honestly, I'm being slowly porcupined over here. I feel like a baked potato.

If only I weren't so used to spooning a body pillow.

Hi Sarah, Oh nooo, I'm so sorry to hear this! Just to clarify, neither our quilted or regular feather pillows are expected to leak or have feathers poking out. The quilted layer is meant to make the feather quills on the inside of the pillow less noticeable due to the extra padding. Leakage is uncommon, but we do see it in rare cases. This is definitely covered under warranty, so long as you've used and cared for the product properly. Please submit a warranty claim and we'll follow up about repair or replacement. Heavy weight

The quality is evident and this is a beautiful product. I am a senior and I found the weight of it was heavy. Not something I could easily move out of the way. It wasn’t suitable for me. I am writing a review because I am so happy with the sincere and effortless return policy. I was able to check out this item and return it postage paid for a full refund. They have confidence in their products.

Best body pillow!

If you've used body pillows in the past, you need to try this one. It's nice and firm with a good weight to it. I love this pillow!
