The dimensions of the cover match those of your CDFC pillow for a precise fit. The cotton fabric is 300 thread count, single-ply, percale weave, which makes for a light, breathable material that can stand up to many washes. The cotton is combed, mercerized and is 30% long-staple, all of which help with the softness, smooth handfeel, and durability. The envelope closure provides coverage for your pillow on all sides and a uniform look. They can be used as decorative shams or for sleeping on!
This product is packaged sustainably with recyclable, biodegradable and water-soluble materials.

I do not like that the envelope flap is positioned in the middle of the pillow case. It was a bad decision to put a seam and a brand label where you would rest your face. This makes one side of the pillow unusable for sleeping AND unattractive for display. Other manufacturers position the seam on the end, and conceal the label. It's a neater look, doesn't pull, and then both sides are the "good" side of the pillow.
I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with the design of the pillows. We actually hadn't considered that having the brand name on the product would be interpreted as advertising, and appreciate you sharing your perspective. It is true that the pillows are one-sided in terms of front and back. However, they are two-sided in terms of left and right - they're symmetrical that way! I hope you're able to find pillowcases with the design that suits you and appreciate your feedback.

Great experience. Love your goose down pillows and the pillow cases I bought. Looking forward to buying some matching sheets when they become avaliable.
I am more than satisfied with the down pillows but not so with pillow cases. Why are the cases sewn so only one side of the case is useable? The method to insert the pillow is like a closed envelope with the opening at the middle of the case, thereby creating a seam. One would not lay your head on that seam so wear and tear is on one side, the side without the opening. Preference is for a bed pillow to have one end of case open.

What is the gsm of the cotton for these pillowcases?
We don't ask for a specific gsm from our supplier, as we are most concerned with the thread count. However, it works out to about 130gsm (fairly lightweight)
