À propos de ce produit :

C’est un oreiller à trois chambres. La chambre centrale est remplie de plumes de canard, ce qui lui confère une grande élasticité. Les plumes représente environ 90 % du poids total de remplissage. Les chambres extérieures sont remplies de duvet de canard 550 loft, ce qui ajoute un peu de souplesse et de confort à l'oreiller. Les oreillers Down Perfect™ combinent la fermeté de la plume avec la souplesse du duvet pour le meilleur des deux mondes! L'enveloppe extérieure de cet oreiller est en coton lisse de 255 fils.

Le poids Moyen est très polyvalent : il convient aux gens qui dorment sur le ventre, sur le dos ou sur le côté. Il est assez ferme pour dormir sur le côté, mais pas trop, pour que la tête ne soit pas trop haute, ce qui permet de bien dormir sur le ventre ou sur le dos. Si vous ne dormez que ou surtout sur le côté ou si vous aimez un oreiller vraiment ferme et volumineux, optez pour le modèle Ferme!

Feathers scratched my child's skin

Very disappointed with the purchase of these pillows. The feather quills are very sharp and stick out of the pillows even with a pillowcase. They scratched my child's skin and mine as well. Customer service did not replace them and asked me to package the pillows and send them back (didn't have the box anymore) which is so cumbersome. Do yourself a favour and buy pillows from elsewhere.

Hi Eranthi, I'm so sorry that this happened, and that you're not happy with the product. While the cotton we use is downproof and featherproof, it's not completely impermeable. Any down or feather product will have the occasional piece of fill wiggle its way out here and there. It's important that fabric be tightly woven enough to prevent leakage, but still be breathable. A feather or two coming out is not really considered leakage or a manufacturing defect, but if there are a lot of feathers poking out, this would definitely qualify for repair or replacement under warranty. Sometimes you just get a faulty batch or area of fabric that's not as tightly woven as it should be. As part of the repair or replacement process, we would take the defective product back. I'm so sorry that this solution wasn't what you were hoping for.
If you do look for new pillows in the future, whether from us or another brand, you may want to try something made only with down or microfiber.

Great pillow

This is a very good pillow which I purchased on sale, however it is not as good as the Down Perfect pillow. You can tell the difference in the Feather fill when sleeping on it. I also got it in medium fill and found that it wasn't supportive enough for side sleeping, but that is to be expected. I will use it as a fancy guest pillow!

Feathers still poke and escape

The pillow fluffs up nicely and provides adequate support. Any feather pillow will poke a little, but even with two pillow protectors and a pillow case feather still escape from this pillow and poke through more than I’d like (and more than other feather/down combo pillows we own). I’ve been using it for a month so I wouldn’t feel right trying to return it, but I think I’ll try the all-down version next.

Hi JD, Thank you so much for your review! With any down or feather product, the occasional piece of fill will escape. Even downproof shells are not 100% impermeable. However, there shouldn't be a lot of feather coming out. If your pillow is leaking, that would be considered a manufacturing defect, which qualifies for repair or replacement under warranty. Please feel free to submit a claim if needed!
Down pillows are much different than the Down Perfect Pillows you purchased. Down is very delicate and doesn't have much heft to it, so it makes for very soft, minimally-supportive pillows. Most people need more support than a down pillow can provide! I'd recommend consulting with our team before your next purchase to make sure you get something you'll be happy with.
