poor quality

One wash and it is falling apart. Disappointed, at that price these should last for many washes - yet seams are coming apart after one delicate wash.

Hi Deb, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. You're right - these pillowcases should last many washes. To be honest, we have not had this feedback from any other customers. It doesn't seem that you have contacted us for help with this issue. We would really appreciate hearing from you with more details and photos. We would love to understand more about exactly where / how the product is failing so we can investigate and try to prevent this in the future. It would also help us to know more about your washing machine and process. Finally, we would like to resolve the issue for you with a product repair or replacement.

Decent, not great

Good: Fits the CDFC queen size pillow perfectly

Meh: you can see this from the photos, but the design includes a ~1cm edge... coming from my old pillowcases, I learned I prefer not having that. The fabric isnt the softest after 2 washes, but will see over time

Bad: the placement of the tag is perhaps meant to be used as a handle? but it's relatively sharp. The placement puts it in the way when tucking your hand under the pillow — wish the tag was more minimal or just no tag.
The envelope opening isn't as convenient as I thought, compared to a traditional opening design

Wouldn't get them again :/
