We ship on a best effort basis. While not guaranteed, most shipments will arrive within the timelines posted below.
(Please note that if you pay for expedited shipping, we will use that service, but we do require 1-2 business days to prepare and pack the product before it ships).

Japan

We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas for any orders destined to Japan. We will do our best to deliver orders according to the regular timelines below.

Other products are subject to a shipping fee. If you are ordering a mix of down-filled products and others (feather, microfiber, covers), place an order for your down products, and another, separate order for your other products to access free shipping for the down items.
All goods are shipped from Canada. Canadian-made goods are duty-free under CPTPP. Consumption tax may be charged on goods over 10,000 yen.

December 18, 2025 is our holiday order cut-off date. Orders placed by December 18 at 11:59pm EST will be delivered by Christmas, barring unforeseen carrier delays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee holiday delivery for orders that can only be delivered by Canada Post (destined for remote regions or PO Boxes).
British Columbia: 6 - 8 business days
All Other Provinces: 4 - 7 business days
Territories: 14 - 20 business days
Please note that UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. Canada Post must be used for shipping to PO Boxes.

Shipping Cost
The shipping cost for international orders (outside of North America) is calculated at checkout based on the items added to cart. Down-filled products ship for free! All other products are subject to a shipping fee. If you add both down-filled products and other products to your cart, a shipping fee will be added for all items. Therefore, we recommend ordering down products separately from other (feather, microfiber, cover) products to access the benefit of free shipping.
All goods are shipped from Canada. Please note that duties, taxes and/or other import fees may be collected upon delivery.
Shipping Updates
- As of October 11, 2025, the Canada Post labour disruption has moved to rotating strikes. Canada Post will only be used to ship orders destined for remote regions or PO boxes that can't be serviced by other carriers.
If you select the Free Shipping option at checkout, we will be shipping via FedEx, UPS, Purolator, or Intelcom. We will decide which carrier to use based on our latest understanding which carrier is delivering fastest to each region.
