I ordered a Canadian Down & Feather body pillow from Costco. But they do not sell the cover for it. So I ordered 1 off their website. I messed up, and ordered the wrong size, I emailed them, told them the issue, which they took care of right away. I love it! I will definitely be ordering more products from them.
I like the pillows but wish that they were a little thicker. In the middle of the night, it feels like there is nothing under your head, it flattens down so much!
Hi Helen, Thank you so much for leaving an honest review. However, it sounds like your review is related to a pillow, not a pillowcase. I don't see any record of you having ordered pillows from us through our website. Did you purchase them somewhere else? We really value you honest feedback and hope you'll consider removing the pillowcase review and adding this review to the associated pillow. Or, modifying this review to describe your experience with the pillowcase! Thank you in advance.
everything was perfect... i loved my purches ty
Great experience. Love your goose down pillows and the pillow cases I bought. Looking forward to buying some matching sheets when they become avaliable.
Great !
I found the case a little tight and after more washes will the tuck in survive ripping - i like my body pillow flatter and i find the case bunches it up thick. Nice material though - i like the 300 thread count in all my 100% cotton bedding.
Excellent product
Yes, it finally came! Eight days late but I’m happy with the product, definitely! It’s a birthday gift a little bit late, but better late than never.
Perfect Fit. Fabulous Feel!
I am looking for a 13x18 pillow case in Dune for a pillow under my back or between knees while sleeping to cover one of your pillows. The ready-made ones are not cotton and seem rougher for inside the bed on the skin. Thank you!
13" x 18" is a common decorative cushion size (generally not used for sleeping) so the covers available do feature more patterned designs with various fabric types! We love hearing product suggestions and will be sure to pass your feedback along to our team!
Yes fitted sheets would be great. The new mattresses are all higher. They also need a bigger duvet for nicer overhang. And larger top sheets that are nice and cool in the summer and protect duvet covers in the winter
Updated answer Nov 20, 2025: We launched dune sheets today! They can accommodate up to a 16" mattress height.
Are there any pillow protectors that you can recommend?
We highly recommend looking for something breathable (made with cotton)! Waterproof protectors can be great for spills and stains, but they trap air and don't let the product breathe. This can change the overall feel and performance of your pillow. You don't need to break the bank - Walmart, Amazon, IKEA, etc have great, simple protectors!
Will you possibly make fitted sheets soon? The fabric of the duvet cover is the best. Ever. Please!
Updated answer Nov 20, 2025: We have now launched dune sheets!
Are there wider pillow cases (beyond the 20 inches) available?
Not at the moment, but thank you for your request - we will make note of it!
