Hi Sam, I'm so sorry to hear about the leakage issue with your duvet. I understand that we offered to repair and replace under warranty, but you were not satisfied with those options. We do publish the details of our warranty program and the options available. We recommend ensuring you're comfortable with our (or any company's) policies and services before buying.
Leakage is extremely uncommon, but it is possible. Our duvets are made with downproof cotton fabric, and from time to time, there can be a portion of fabric that wasn't woven tightly enough and allows some down to leak out. This is considered a manufacturing defect and covered under warranty. I know it's terribly frustrating when it happens, so we hope you'll allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
I would also like to clarify that duvet covers are not downproof and not designed to prevent leakage, so if your duvet is leaking, it is likely to come through the duvet cover as well.

Hi Cassis, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. You purchased the duvet and cover in 2022 (3 years ago). I imagine that you would have noticed the size issue right away, and I wish we would have heard from you at that time instead of 3 years later. It's quite odd that a King duvet wouldn't cover a Queen mattress. Queen mattresses are pretty standard, at 60x80'. Our King duvet is 102x90'. But I do understand that you may have had certain expectations of the amount of overhang, and perhaps it doesn't meet those expectations.
We do recommend checking the dimensions of your mattress against the dimensions of the duvet to ensure it will give the desired overhang. Duvet sizing varies widely across manufacturers, so always best to double-check!
If you believe you received the wrong size or that your duvet was not made correctly to size, this can be rectified. If we shipped the wrong size in error, we will of course have the correct one shipped out. A manufacturing defect would be covered under your product's warranty.
I am sorry that you don't see the value in the product. High loft down products are quite expensive, because the down is very pricey per ounce. Opting for duck down instead of goose or opting for a lower loft fill will allow you to experience all of the benefits of a down duvet at a nicer price.
