Oreiller de Plumes et Duvet blanche Down Perfect™

I ordered the medium and find that this pillow still falls quite flat. I have to use 2 pillows and/or fold this to make it a decent height.

Je suis extrêmement déçue de cet oreiller, surtout considérant le prix payé.

J’ai choisi le remplissage moyen, en format Queen, en m’attendant à obtenir un oreiller offrant au minimum un soutien modéré, comme le laisse entendre la description. Malheureusement, l’oreiller manque énormément de remplissage. Lorsqu’on le façonne pour lui donner une épaisseur convenable, il se retrouve pratiquement réduit de moitié en largeur. On a davantage l’impression d’avoir un petit coussin qu’un oreiller Queen.

Quant au soutien, il est pratiquement inexistant. Dès que je pose ma tête sur l’oreiller, elle s’enfonce presque jusqu’au matelas. Je comprends parfaitement qu’un remplissage moyen soit moins ferme que l’option ferme, mais je m’attendais tout de même à un minimum de soutien.

J’ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle pour leur faire part du problème, mais on m’a simplement référée au site Internet afin de consulter les options disponibles. Comme l’oreiller a déjà été utilisé, le retour n’est plus une option. Parmi les autres possibilités, il y a notamment le rembourrage sur mesure, qui entraîne des frais supplémentaires assez importants.

C’est particulièrement décevant considérant que l’oreiller est déjà très dispendieux à l’achat. Je ne cherchais pas à faire personnaliser un oreiller ni à devoir payer davantage après l’achat pour obtenir un niveau de soutien convenable. Je voulais simplement acheter un bon oreiller et, en choisissant un remplissage « moyen », je m’attendais raisonnablement à ce qu’il offre un minimum de soutien dès le départ.

Pour le prix payé, le produit est très loin de mes attentes. Je suis extrêmement déçue de mon achat et je ne recommande malheureusement pas cet oreiller.

I originally bought one down and feather pillow at Winners several months ago and wasn’t able to find more since. Found your shop online and voila! Bought 2 more pillows that just happened to be on sale. Referred you to my sister in another province. Just bought 2 more pillows a couple of weeks ago. Replaced all my synthetic pillows with these and my family loves them. Love to support Canadian made with healthy products. ordering was easy. Delivery came quickly. Very impressed. Good pillow but smelled a bit like chicken. The manufacturer could make it smell better to improve the product.

This was bought as a gift for my mother's 100th birthday. She is mostly bedridden, so comfort is very important for her well-being. Her caregiver says that the pillow is very good quality. It's bigger than expected, but thinks it might compact over time. It's a great improvement over her old one.
Additionally, the company's customer service is responsive, courteous and very helpful. Much appreciated!

Having better sleeps since i got my pillow. I didnt realise how much I missed having a feather pillow and this one is top notch!

Very nice pillow. It took a couple days to get used to it, but now I am very satisfied with the fill. I just fluff it up every night. I'm getting a real good nights sleep and would buy again.

As a side sleeper I love the way I can mold this pillow around my neck! My old Fiber filled one became so lumpy with use. This one can simply be re-fluffed back into shape.
Finally getting a good nights sleep and not waking up with a sore neck!

This is a very good pillow. I've tried a lot incuding the ones where you add your own foam fill to taste but this is the pillow I am using because of it's comfort.

I bought the medium - queen size. 2 of them. It feels like i'm sleeping on a flat pile of socks. It feels hard and uncomfortable. I have more cushion from $20 amazon pillows. Quite unhappy with the purchase.

I ordered Down Perfect White Feather & Down Pillow, love them. Brings me back to my childhood when pillows were comfortable and a place to escape from the daily grind. A place that is home.

Love these pillows. They're perfect.

Very disappointed with the purchase of these pillows. The feather quills are very sharp and stick out of the pillows even with a pillowcase. They scratched my child's skin and mine as well. Customer service did not replace them and asked me to package the pillows and send them back (didn't have the box anymore) which is so cumbersome. Do yourself a favour and buy pillows from elsewhere.

This is a very good pillow which I purchased on sale, however it is not as good as the Down Perfect pillow. You can tell the difference in the Feather fill when sleeping on it. I also got it in medium fill and found that it wasn't supportive enough for side sleeping, but that is to be expected. I will use it as a fancy guest pillow!

Love how you can moss this pillow to your head. It’s so comfy! Been sleeping like a bebe zzz
