Return your purchase for FREE within 30 days for a FULL refund!

We get it! Sometimes a product isn’t quite right. We’re here to make sure you get the best product for your best sleep.

Am I eligible for a refund?

Did you purchase your item at

Are you located in Canada or the United States?

Is your item unused, unwashed, and in original condition?

Did you receive the item less than 30 days ago?

If you answered Yes to these questions, you’re eligible for a refund!

If your product has been used, we may be able to make some modifications to it to make it better suit your needs. See our alterations and customizations page for more information. 

How does it work?

If you’d like to return your purchase, fill out the Return Request Form at the bottom of the page.

Our customer service team will email you with a prepaid return label. We may give you a quick call to verify the details of your return prior to issuing the label!

Put the product back in its original packaging and parcel it up in a cardboard box. You can use the original box, or a box of similar size.

Affix the prepaid return label to the box and drop it off with the carrier indicated on the label within 7 days of receiving the label.

To protect our staff against the spread of illness, all returns will remain unopened for 3 days after we receive them. We will process returns the first business day after this 3 day period. We really appreciate your understanding and patience as we take these precautions. After 3 days, we'll do a quick inspection of the product to make sure it's in original condition and we’ll process your refund (including shipping fees!) to the original form of payment. Please remember that it can take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Products purchased using third-party vouchers or coupons are not eligible for return or refund. We're sorry!

If you purchased a product on within 30 days of a sale or promotion on the same website, we're happy to provide you store credit in the amount of the price difference at your request. :)
