Return your purchase for FREE within 30 days for a FULL refund!

We get it! Sometimes a product isn’t quite right. We’re here to make sure you get the best product for your best sleep.

Did you purchase your item at

Are you located in Canada or the United States?

Is your item unused, unwashed, and in original condition?

Did you receive the item less than 30 days ago?

If you answered Yes to these questions, you’re eligible for a refund!

How does it work?

If you’d like to return your purchase, fill out the Return Request Form on the right.

Our customer service team will email you with a prepaid return label.

Put the product back in its original packaging and parcel it up in a cardboard box. You can use the original box, or a box of similar size.

Affix the prepaid return label to the box and drop it off with the carrier indicated on the label.

The first business day after we receive your return, we'll do a quick inspection of the product to make sure it's in original condition and we’ll process your refund (including shipping fees!) to the original form of payment. Please remember that it can take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Wait! A couple other things to note before you go...

Products purchased using third-party vouchers or coupons are not eligible for return or refund. We're sorry!

If you purchased a product on within 30 days of a sale or promotion on the same website, we're happy to provide you store credit in the amount of the price difference at your request. :)
