Like sleeping in a cloud

We absolutely LOVE our new down duvet - it’s what I’ve been wanting for years! Although the website says to give it 48 hours to loft we found it took about 2 weeks before the loft was as expected. However, it continued to become even ‘loftier’. We’ve had it a little over 2 months now and it’s amazing 🥰 We used it in July & August and it was a tad warm, obviously, but now that our nights are dipping down to freezing and our room temperature is around 10°C (we haven’t turned our heat on yet) it’s so comfy warm I don’t want to get up in the morning! Thank you for making such a great product!

Thank you so much, Heather! So glad you're enjoying the duvet and I hope it continues to keep you warm and cozy through the winter. Just wanted to clarify for readers that this review is about the All Season Weight, as this duvet doesn't come in Winter Weight.

It did not last very long

I purchased this in 2020 and there are now several boxes in the duvet that are nearly empty or completely empty (been like that for a little while). Will need to try another brand. It was a very nice duvet just didn't last as long as I'd hoped.

Hi Chris, Thank you for the review and for alerting us to the issue you've been having with the distribution. Down shifting between boxes is rare, but possible. There are small openings between the boxes, which allow us to feed the filling pipe through when filling the shell. Down can't push through these openings very easily. Down is really light and delicate and doesn't have the heft or structure to force its way through. Down also tends to stick or cling a bit to itself within the box. Shifting can happen if the openings are too large (this would be considered a manufacturing defect and covered under warranty). Or due to improper use, like regularly setting heavy objects on top, jumping on the bed, etc (not covered under warranty, but still fixable). We can redistribute the down and (if you prefer), sew the openings between the boxes shut. The downside to this is that we wouldn't be able to adjust the fill weight of your duvet later, and it would clamp down the height of the boxes slightly which can impact the down's ability to loft to its full potential. Please do contact us via email so we can investigate further and work together on a resolution.

Very empty squares (4 of them was 100% empty- very expensive

My photo says for me : no buy air in square. But I cant attache the photo, its not taking the system to show ..Very disappointed, returned back in the same day as received, likely (by mistake) I checked, was the second one, first i sanded as a gift for my son and Im feeling bad, ashamed to asked haw was.

Hi Lica, Thank you so much for your feedback. This is a very high loft down duvet. 850 loft down is extremely warm per ounce, which means we don't need a lot of fill to create the desired warmth level. Down is also a very delicate material that compresses easily, and the duvets are compressed when they're packaged for shipping. It takes about 48 hours of being laid out for the duvet to loft up. If you returned it the same day, I don't imagine it would have had a chance to loft up! I would recommend reaching out to your son and ask him to lay the duvet out for a couple of days to see how he likes it before he makes a decision.

Your duvets are also covered under warranty against manufacturing defects such as improper filling. We would be happy to resolve these issues for you via a warranty claim. However, it would be very unlikely that you'd notice this type of issue with a brand new duvet. Each one of our duvets is laid out on a light table prior to folding and packaging. The light table shines up through the duvet to show us if there are empty or unevenly filled boxes. If there are empty boxes, the duvet is re-routed back to the filling team to be fixed.

I'm so sorry that you didn't have the best experience. As always, please reach out to us when you receive your product if you have any questions or concerns about it. We can guide you through the process of lofting and fluffing your duvet so you can make an informed decision about whether you want to return or not! If you decide the duvet is too light for you, you can return and purchase a lower loft or different fill type that may be more suitable.
